Beginner Classes
Our beginner classes are specially designed for students new to martial arts and Karate.
We take students from the age of 6 and above.
Juniors/Cadets Karate
Our Juniors and Cadets Karate Programme has been created exclusively for children & teenagers aged 6 - 17.
All Grades are Welcome!
Self-Defence & Conflict Resolution
Our Self Defence program uses reality-based R.A.I.D (Rapid Action Initiated Defence). Courses are open to adults, teenagers and families.
Adults Karate
Our Adult Karate Classes provide a great way for adults to stay in shape and learn self defence.
There are always challenges that will keep you inspired.
We teach the art of Karate in Cheshire East as a way to develop physical fitness, self-defence skills, improve mental well-being and build lasting friendships.

Strength & Conditioning
Conditioning the body and mind is an important part of karate and any Martial Arts. Strengthening the body so that it can perform effectively is great for fitness and knowing what it's like to hit or take a blow prepares you against an attacker.
