We practise traditional Okinawan Goju Ryu, which focuses on effective close-quarters combat. Our instructors are all qualified and certified with many years experience both in karate and in real life!

Beginner Classes
Our beginner classes are specially designed for students new to martial arts and Karate. We take students from the age of 6 and above.
Each dojo at Cheshire Karate Academy offers a Beginners class... perfect for joining our karate family!
Juniors/Cadet Karate
Our Juniors & Cadet Karate Programmes are created exclusively for children ages 6 to 16.

Seniors (15 and and Under)

With the blessings of Sensei Paula's own karate instructors - Sensei Keith Bishop (7th Dan posthumous) and Sensei Kevin Nason (7th Dan), she in turn opens doors in Cheshire to inspire and encourage children and adults alike...
