Our next grading for Juniors, Cadets & Adults will be held on Saturday 10th May 2025, from 1:15pm onwards.
> Juniors grading will run from 1:15pm to 2:45pm.
> All students group photos will be at 2:45pm.
> Cadets & Adult grading will run from 3pm to 4:30pm.

Recent grading success at Astbury Village Hall on Saturday July 8th!
Juniors and Adult students' efforts, energy, practice and commitment were rewarded with new belts and a great sense of achievement...
Monday Training is at 6pm-7pm for children (age 6+) and 7pm-8.15pm for adults.
We practise traditional Okinawan Goju Ryu, which focuses on effective close-quarters fighting. We enjoy tournaments, but believe that the true heart of karate is self defence.
